Virgin of Guadalupe with Hearts by Josefina Aguilar, Ocotlan, Mexico

Hand crafted, hand painted in Ocotlan, Oaxaca, Mexico by the famous Josefina Aguilar. This great Virgin of Guadalupe surrounded by red hearts
measures approximately  8" tall. It was made out of clay and a bit of wonky recycled wire.
We have worked with artists throughout Mexico for 25 years, first bringing their fabulous creations to our store in Evanston IL and now to our Coffee Shop and Gallery, Cafe Mañana, in San Pancho, Nayarit Mexico.
Natural variations are the nature of the beast when dealing with folk art items made by hand one at a time.
