Type 1 Navy Distinguished Service Medal (DSM) 1 of only 200 made

Description

This auction if for a single medal, photos show the obverse and reverse.  The medal is a modern copy/reproduction/fake of the extremely rare first type Navy Distinguished Service Medal.   Each of the medals of this run of 200, and its associated hanger, are numbered.
Extensive research regarding this medal indicates only one, the very first, was ever presented before the design was changed to the version still used to date.
A color digital file may be provided of the painting of General Agustus Doyan wearing the medal.  Doyan received the 1st and only issue of the type one medal posthumously.

I NO LONGER CONTROL WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED, EBAY HAS TOTAL CONTROL OVER PAYMENTS OR I WOULD ACCEPT THE OLD FASHION METHODS AS WELL.
