This is the collar insignia worn by US Army Officers of the 69th Infantry Regiment(New York's Famous Fighting 69th, eventually becomes part of the 42nd Rainbow Division) on the service coat. The picture shows the front and back. Each pair will come with clutch back fasteners.
Why did we go with a pin back and not pin and catch? So these cannot be mixed up and mistaken for original items. So they can be attached and removed from uniforms without making any large holes and are easy to adjust.
