This is a VERY TIGHT garment, with a notably firm elastic band at bustline.
Flat garment measurement across bust:  Size 10-12 = 11" , Size 12-14 = 11.5"  Elastic will stretch an additional 2 inches.
Mondor brand runs small.  Items are meant to fit very snug and are about 1 size smaller than street clothes.  Please refer to size chart.
