On July 9, 2003, Disneyland held a
Pirates of the Caribbean Event
in conjunction with the release of the movie
Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl.

This beautifully detailed pave treasure chest pin / brooch shows a gold chest overflowing with jewels and pearls. Back of pin reads simply "Pirates of the Caribbean © Disney"
This pin is NEW, never worn or displayed.  Pin came in a basic black cardboard jewelry box (see photos) and has been stored for 17 years.
